Patricia Bartlett is the author of the book "Driftwood
Sculpture From Finding to Fine Finishing". This 136-page, how-to book features over 100 color photographs
of award winning sculptures of waterfalls, stylized wildlife and characterizations carved from wood gathered from beaches,
mountainsides and river beds.
Her sculptures may be seen at the Forest Gems Gallery in Port Townsend,
WA.
Patricia is a Washington State transplant with a lifetime of teaching experiences in nature photography, landscape
painting and arts & crafts. She holds a M.A. degree in Fine Atrs and Arts & Crafts from San Francisco State
University.
Pat is an active member of the International Wildfowl Carvers Assoc., International Wood Collectors
Society, National Woodcarvers Assoc., and the Pacific Northwest Wood Artisans.
